Overview
The wealth dashboard is a feature on the FCMB mobile app and internet banking.
This dashboard displays customers’ holdings across the Group on a single dashboard via a summary page and provides a more detailed view per entity.

PROBLEM
Currently, FCMB customers with investments across different FCMB Group subsidiaries can't see all their holdings in one place.
PROBLEM IMPACT —
Customers have to switch between various web applications and call relationship managers to get a complete view. Ultimately wasting productivity time.
The objective
This project aims to provide a unified dashboard where customers can view all their FCMB Group holdings in one location.
Enabling customers view their holdings within the group from a single dashboard

Enabling the Group to track customers holdings within the Group

THE SOLUTION

All users were invited for the interview but they were mostly not forth-coming and our closest guess was due to the dispersed timezone.
We gave out gift cards to participants as a way to express gratitude for making time to interview and share their thoughts.
Try on the FCMB mobile app.
